Delete your account
You can delete your CardPodium account at any time, in your settings or by email. This is what deleting it removes, and what stays.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes all of this at once, and none of it can be restored:
- your account: your email address, your name and the ways you sign in, Google, Apple and two-factor authentication included
- your collection and your wishlist, in every folder
- your notification settings, and our record of the emails we sent you
What stays
Our servers' security logs of requests to the site, and counts of visits and clicks, stay without any link to your account.
In your settings
Sign in, open Settings → Delete account, type your email address to confirm and delete the account. You may be asked to confirm it's you first. You are signed out as soon as the account is deleted.
The steps are the same in the CardPodium app.
By email
If you cannot sign in, write to hello@cardpodium.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We answer within 30 days.
